my name is Ethan Jewell. i'm not a psychiatrist, doctor, or psychologist - but i am highly passionate about mental health. my goal is to provide a personal, relatable conversation on mental health - without any BS or flashy titles. i'm your average guy who struggles with depression and anxiety. i have channeled that into creating poetry and music, and now, am channeling it into this podcast! i hope u enjoy :)
